I help founders and teams bring scattered data together, cut manual work and improve decisions. I build custom dashboards, automations and AI tools that fit the way your team already works. I start with the process and finish by assessing the impact.

Example views of tools that support a process. Scope and behaviour are tailored to each business.
Each project starts with an operational problem: scattered data, manual quoting or limited visibility into profitability. Here is what I built and how it supports the people using it.

“Analyzing data is my passion, and bringing order to companies is my job. I love looking at charts, whether it’s the stock market or the direction of a business. I hate mess and disorder; I feel sick to my stomach when I see scattered information, chaotic data and people spending hours copying the same thing from one file to another. That’s why I build AI tools that do it for them: assistants that know your data, automations that prepare quotes and offers on their own, and dashboards that show what to do next. I’m strict about distinguishing signal from noise. It’s the same principle Steve Jobs and Elon Musk built their work on. I want to share that same passion and energy with you. Get to know me better: see what I’ve done and why I believe that AI done right and organized data will save you a lot of time and money.”
We start with one process and agree what needs to improve. Scope, timing and the way we assess results are defined before the build.
I look at who does the work, what data it uses and where delays or errors appear. We agree the problem, the scope of the first rollout and the measure we will compare the result against.
I connect existing tools or build a dedicated application. We agree which steps the system handles and which need a human decision, then test the solution on representative cases.
I support the team as they start, collect feedback from real use, remove obstacles and hand over documentation. We agree who owns the data, operation and maintenance.
After an agreed period we compare the result with the baseline, check whether the system is used and what changed in the process. Then we decide on improvements and whether to extend the scope.
Exactly one month later Mateusz delivered the finished product. Every CEO dreams of collaborations like this.
Tell me about one process that takes too much time, causes errors or makes decisions harder. In 30 minutes we'll look at the problem and the available data, check whether it calls for a workflow change, an integration or a dedicated solution, and agree a concrete next step.
