When automation makes sense
- Someone copies data from one tool to another every week.
- Quotes live in a notebook, a spreadsheet or one person's head.
- The owner's report is assembled by hand from several files.
- Nobody tracks payment deadlines until it's too late.
- The same mistakes keep coming back because the process depends on memory.
What I automate
- Quotes and proposals. From job details to a ready proposal for the client, digital or printed.
- Importing and cleaning data. For example from SportBM and ProTrainUp in football academies.
- Receivables. A reminder schedule for overdue payments.
- Reports. Numbers collect themselves instead of being assembled by hand.
- Data flow between tools. Excel, Google Sheets, CRM (e.g. Bitrix24), invoicing software.
My approach
I start with one process, not the whole company. First I check how it works today and what should improve.
Then I connect the tools you already use. I build a dedicated application only when existing tools aren't enough. The system handles the repetitive part; decisions stay with people.

How I work
- 01
Diagnosis and baseline
I look at who runs the process, what data it uses and where delays or errors appear. We agree the scope of the first rollout and the measure we'll compare the result against.
- 02
Design and build
I connect your existing tools or build a dedicated application. We agree what the system does and what needs a human decision, then test it on real cases.
- 03
Rollout in daily work
I help the team start using the system, remove obstacles and hand over documentation. We agree who owns the data and maintenance.
- 04
Measurement and next steps
After an agreed period we compare the result with the baseline, then decide on improvements and further scope.
FAQ
Do we have to change the tools we use?
Not always. I first try to connect what you already have. I build a dedicated application only when current tools aren't enough, and I say so before we start.
How long does it take?
The first rollout of one process is usually planned for about 4 weeks. The exact timeline is set after the diagnosis, because it depends on data and integrations.
How much does it cost?
I give a price after a 30-minute call and a diagnosis. It depends on scope, the number of integrations and whether a separate application is needed.
What if something stops working?
Before we finish, we agree who owns the data, operation and maintenance. You get documentation, and ongoing support can be agreed separately.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, an NDA is available on request before we discuss details.
