- Football academies. An AI assistant in the finance dashboard interprets the club's finances and suggests a plan of action.
- DesignMyClub (Free to Dream). A club picks a template and the tool prepares a match preview, result or line-up as a post or story, with AI backgrounds. Free to Dream says it makes running the club's social media “several times faster and easier”.
- CEO command center. The CEO of Flowstaff wrote that AI helps her “spot trends, risks and business opportunities faster, before I see them in the results”.
Rules I stick to
- AI works on your real data. When data is missing, the system says “no data” instead of showing zero.
- Before building, we agree which data the AI model may process and with which provider.
- Important decisions stay with people.

FAQ
Will AI replace my employees?
That's not the goal. AI takes over repetitive tasks and makes suggestions. Decisions and client contact stay with people.
Will our data be sent to ChatGPT?
Only if we agree on it. Before we start, we decide which data the AI model processes, with which provider, and what stays only with you.
Where do we start?
With one process that takes time or causes errors. In a 30-minute call we check whether AI makes sense there or whether simpler automation is enough.
How much does it cost?
I give a price after a 30-minute call and a diagnosis. It depends on scope, data and integrations.
