When you need a dashboard
- Data sits in several places: Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, invoicing software.
- Answering “is this profitable?” takes days.
- Everyone on the team has different numbers.
- Decisions are made on gut feeling because gathering data takes too long.
What my dashboards show
- Profitability of individual services, groups or clients, not just the whole company.
- Cash flow and forecast: how much money there will be next month or quarter.
- Pipeline, risks and priorities: what needs the owner's attention today.
- Quotes and proposals: what has been quoted and what it means.
Which data
I connect what you already use: Excel, Google Sheets, a CRM (e.g. Bitrix24), invoicing software or industry systems like SportBM and ProTrainUp. You don't have to clean everything up first.
“Exactly one month later, Mateusz delivered a finished product. Every CEO dreams of collaborations like this.”

How I work
- 01
Diagnosis and baseline
I look at who runs the process, what data it uses and where delays or errors appear. We agree the scope of the first rollout and the measure we'll compare the result against.
- 02
Design and build
I connect your existing tools or build a dedicated application. We agree what the system does and what needs a human decision, then test it on real cases.
- 03
Rollout in daily work
I help the team start using the system, remove obstacles and hand over documentation. We agree who owns the data and maintenance.
- 04
Measurement and next steps
After an agreed period we compare the result with the baseline, then decide on improvements and further scope.
FAQ
How is this different from Power BI or Looker Studio?
Those are good tools, but someone has to set them up and maintain them. I start from the decision you want to make and build the screen around it: in an existing tool or as a dedicated application.
Will the data be up to date?
We agree on that before building. Data can refresh automatically from your systems or from file imports.
What if the data has gaps?
The dashboard shows them. When data is missing you see “no data”, not zero, so nobody decides based on false numbers.
How long does it take and what does it cost?
The first rollout is usually planned for about 4 weeks. I give a price after a 30-minute call, because it depends on data sources and scope.
